This technique is designed to eliminate the possibility of tearing the sinus membrane because you neither expose nor contact the sinus membrane. Our specially designed BioDensification bone graft material flows through the alveolar bone into the sinus and elevates the sinus membrane without contact.
The TOSA™ method is designed to lift the sinus membrane off the floor of the sinus without contacting the sinus membrane.
This technique requires a minimum of 3 mm of bone to create an osteotomy.
