Bone Science: 3-Course Series by Dr. Greg Steiner
AGD-accredited 6 CE course
“I learned more about bone biology from Dr. Steiner than all of my training as an orthopedic surgeon.”
- Orthopedic surgeon (Dallas, TX)
This series consists of three 2-hour courses designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of bone and what the different types of bone grafts are doing in your patients. After completing this course, you will have gained an understanding as to why the tissue you place your implants into will determine if your implants will succeed or fail.
This series covers three topics:
  • Bone Biology (2 CE)
  • Bone Graft Biology (2 CE)
  • Bone Regeneration (2 CE)

You will be sent a link via email to access the 3 videos upon purchase.

Dr. Steiner’s lectures on bone biology, bone graft biology, and bone regeneration are recognized as the most comprehensive discussions on the subject, providing you with an understanding of bone that will translate immediately into your clinical practice. As a surgeon and longtime member of the American Society for Bone and Mineral Research (ASBMR) and Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society (TERMIS), Dr. Steiner has devoted his career to the study, development, and manufacture of safe and reliable bone grafts. He has achieved an understanding of bone grafts that very few people possess and we would like to share this knowledge with you.

    Outstanding bone science course

Posted by Daniel P. Camm on 13th Oct 2023

I just finished Dr. Steiner's 3-Course Bone Science Series. It is outstanding. I always thought that I understood a lot about bone physiology. This series went way beyond anything that I ever learned. I like that it gives me a great understanding of how Steiner Products work. I am mentoring two younger dentists in my office, and we have just begun to use Steiner Products. We are eager to see how this paradigm shift in our bone grafting plays out clinically. I certainly recommend this Series to any dentist who does bone grafting.
